Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

 

*Skills:*

- Graduation in any field with exceptional interpersonal skills and a well-established network of relationships with doctors and distributors.

- Minimum 1- 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / FMCG/Insurance.

 

*Salary:* 6-9 LPA.

 

*Experience:*01 - 9 years

 

*Job Location:* Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, Delhi-110055

 

*Job Description:*

- Conduct screening of potential candidates.

- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews either in-person .

- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance monitoring of subordinate staff.

- Regularly verify and update reports.

- Provide comprehensive information about projects, products, and profitability to interested parties.

- Supervise and support a team of 10 field managers to ensure project sustainability.

- Guide field managers in project implementation in the field.

- Motivate and address queries of field managers.

- Ensure the punctual submission of daily reports and assist in planning.

- Review and validate reports submitted by field managers according to established standards.
