Sales Manager Life Insurance

Location: Chandigarh, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Jaipur, Jodhpur
Salary: Up to 4 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives
Experience: 3 to 14 years in Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors as per the business plan
• Build and maintain a highly productive advisor team
• Set and achieve sales targets consistently
• Provide training, development support, and performance feedback to advisors
• Monitor and review the performance of advisors regularly
• Maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker

Desired Profile:

• Education: MBA in Marketing / Graduate in any stream
• Experience: 3-10 years in Sales (Finance, Banking, Consumer Durables, Telecom, or MDRT Top Advisors)
• Stable career history (minimum 1.5 years in each previous company)
• Strong command of English and local language
• Presentable and aggressive sales-driven mindset
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Good networking skills for generating leads and recruiting advisors
• Candidates should be local or have a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in the specific location
