Job Description / Responsibilities:

Manage insurance sales goal achievement through Business Associates (BA):

• Recruiting Business Associates: Build and expand the sales team.

• Training & Development: Train and develop agents on a commission basis.

• Supervision: Oversee agents' activity plans to ensure they meet desired levels.

• Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly PRP (Performance Review Process) meetings with agents and update the Sales Management System.

• Motivation & Career Progression: Encourage agents to participate in career progression programs.

• CRM & Portal Utilization: Promote the use of the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling products.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
