Job Description

We are Hiring - HR Manager (Plant)
Location: Indore
Industry: FMCG (Preferred: Food & Beverage)
Experience: 8-10 years
Age: 35-40 years

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently handle plant HR operations, including labour management, staff administration, and compliance at our Indore plant.

Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Plant HR management handling labour & staff relations
Proficient in day-to-day plant administration
Expertise in labour laws, statutory compliances & regulatory norms
Ability to independently manage HR functions at the plant
Excellent PR skills and computer proficiency
Prior experience in the FMCG / F&B sector preferred
