Salary:
3 LPA 6 LPA (Depending on last CTC; salary is not a bar for deserving candidates)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of IMF (Insurance Marketing Firm):

  • Recruit Insurance Managers (IMs) and source business for the company.

• Activation & Productivity:

  • Activate IMs monthly as per the given plan.

  • Ensure active advisor productivity is maintained according to company targets.

• Agent Development & Career Progression:

  • Monitor, train, and develop agents.

  • Ensure agents progress through the agency structure (from TA to SA to AO).

• Revenue Generation & Customer Acquisition:

  • Generate revenue and acquire new customers for the Life and Non-Life Division.

• Joint Calls & Meetings:

  • Conduct 2 joint calls daily with agents.

  • Attend all management-mandated meetings and training programs.

  • Hold regular review meetings with reporting managers and agents.

• Compliance:

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 2  to 10 years in sales.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales orientation and business acumen.

  • Team management capabilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure.
