Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Patna. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, providing exceptional customer service, handling reception duties, and supporting the sales & operations team. The role involves addressing guest inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications Guest Relations and Guest handling Duties skills Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and related support skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using office software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field,
