Test Manager Job in Cognizant at Kolkata

Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts. Provide technical expertise in Python Dynatrace LoadRunner and Apache Jmeter. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify any gaps in the testing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Monitor and report on testing progress including any issues or risks. Implement best practices for test automation and performance testing. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve them. Maintain and enhance the test environment to support ongoing testing activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide junior testers providing support and knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on testing status and outcomes. Qualifications * Must have strong experience in Python Dynatrace LoadRunner and Apache Jmeter. Experience in Issuance and Maintenance is a plus. Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience. Should be proficient in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have experience in test automation and performance testing. Must be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions. Should have a good understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.,
