- Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Automation QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of automated test scripts. Responsibilities: Automated Test Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and scalability of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Test Framework Implementation: Implement and enhance automation test frameworks to ensure reusability and maintainability of test scripts. Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into the test automation process. Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to the development team. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide timely feedback on quality issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, providing input on testing efforts and estimating testing tasks. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Contribute to the evolution of the QA best practices within the organization Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of professional experience in automation testing. Proficient in one or more automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools. Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
