As the Founding Business Analyst, you will take ownership of defining, designing, and executing healthcare practice management and CRM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure smooth ERPNext implementation, focusing on multi-site clinic workflows. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Ownership: Define and drive the business analysis framework for healthcare practice management and CRM implementations. Client Requirement Analysis: Work directly with healthcare clients to understand, document, and refine multi-site clinic operations and CRM needs. Process Mapping & Optimization: Design and optimize scalable business workflows that align with ERPNext functionalities. ERPNext Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end ERPNext configuration and customization, ensuring alignment with healthcare industry best practices. Cross-Functional Le adership: Collaborate with founders, product teams, and engineers to ensure seamless execution and project success. BI and Analytics Reporting: Develop insightful business intelligence and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Documentation & Backlog Management: Maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation and manage development priorities. Quality Assurance & Testing: Ensure project deliverables meet high standards, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients. Client Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions, demos, and adoption strategies to empower end-users. What Were Looking For: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in healthcare practice management and CRM implementation. Domain Expertise: Must have direct experience in healthcare ERP solutions, CRM, and multi-site clinic operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERPNext or similar ERP platforms. Experience with BI/reporting tools is an advantage. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to build solutions from scratch, optimize workflows, and troubleshoot complex business challenges. Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to work closely with founders, engage with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
