- Greetings from Themesoft! We are hiring a MES techno-functional lead/Project Manager for one of our clients. Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience Position: Onsite Primary Skill: Hands-On experience on MES systems such as Werum PAS-X/FTPS/Syncade etc for Full application configurations including interface with SAP and automation systems Knowledge of Pharmaceutical business process (Chemicals/ Bio Pharma) MBR Designing, MES to SAP, MES to Automation interface Project management processes and knowledge areas ( PMP or Prinnce2 certification is preferable) Responsibility: Act as a local point of contact to customer at onsite Prepare Project Plan with input from customer Business/ IT stakeholders and MES deployment team Create all PM Plans (Scope, Quality, Risk, change management plan and issue log) Own and track the project execution and deliverables for MES deployment projects (Custom development including Interfaces with LIMS, SAP and automation systems, Recipe Authoring, testing and documentation deliverables) Effectively coordinate among different partners (customer and product vendor) to ensure achieving goals of program Collaborate among product deployment, customer business team and other third party to manage dependency, resolve issue and avoid risk to achieve agreed schedule and quality of deliverables Manage stakeholder requirement and communication, and periodic status reporting Manage the stakeholders and ensure timely decision to meet the project schedule Co-ordinate and managing scope change requests Ensure all Pharma validation process, deliverables and quality compliance is adhered to as per customer quality process and industry best practices Monitor and review all deliverables for quality compliance Managing risks (internal and external) and timely escalation as per escalation matrix Liaise regularly with customer IT-PM in regard to the activities at the site and any eventual critical issue related to the MES System and the overall project execution, and mange timely escalation Manage and support MES System training (Super Users and Core users) Support Cut-Over and GO-LIVE activities,
