As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exceptional standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. This role requires a thorough understanding of program delivery within organizational transformation programs and hands-on experience in transformation teams, including Program Management Offices (PMOs).
