Job Description
- Who You Are A seasoned engineering leader with expertise in overseeing plant-wide engineering operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, compliance, and execution of projects. You bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive engineering excellence while optimizing efficiency and reliability. How You Contribute Lead engineering function, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, utilities management, and continuous improvements. Drive large-scale expansion and infrastructure projects, managing end-to-end execution within timelines and budgets. Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across all engineering and safety standards. Oversee equipment lifecycle management, including procurement, qualification, and optimization for peak efficiency. Implement best practices for predictive and preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, quality, and supply chain requirements. Develop and manage engineering budgets, CAPEX plans, and cost-effective resource allocation. Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring to the Team Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GMP, safety regulations, and engineering compliance. Hands-on experience in utility management, equipment validation, and automation initiatives. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.,
