Ensure safe plant operations of Busbar
Create capacity planning for shop floor as well as contigency planning and multiskilling of
taskforce
Coordinate with design and ensure udpated drawings on shop floor.
Ensure output meets quality standards

Required Candidate profile

Must Be BE/ BTech with min 15yrs of experience in production in the auto industry
Should have good knowledge of tools, dies, Guages
Experience in Sheet metal press parts
Implemented IATF 16949
