Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Manager at Asmita Engineering Equipments in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, leading a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all design projects meet quality standards and deadlines. The role will involve providing creative direction, managing design resources, and implementing design strategies to drive innovation and excellence in product development. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software, design tools, and project management Experience in leading design teams and managing design projects Strong conceptual and practical design skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials Excellent communication and leadership abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience in the manufacturing or material handling equipment industry is a plus,
