- Job Title: Machine shop Incharge Name: Nihal Prajapati Location: Olpad Reporting: Management Company Name: Divine Engineering Department: Machine Shop JOB PURPOSE: Plan machine jobs, allocate manpower, conduct daily machine checks, coordinate material dispatch, update clients, program machines, inspect jobs, handle maintenance, and manage worker schedules to ensure efficient operations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop detailed plans for machine operations, ensuring each machine is assigned specific tasks based on its capabilities and current workload. Assign appropriate personnel to each machine and task, considering skill levels and job requirements. Conduct machine dimension checks three to four times daily to ensure accuracy and precision in operations. Plan the next days activities in advance, ensuring all resources, materials, and personnel are prepared. Manage the dispatch of materials, ensuring timely delivery to clients or subsequent stages of production Regularly update clients on the progress of their work, including current stage, expected completion, and any approvals required. Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary approvals for different stages of work. Create and input job programs for machines, ensuring they are set up correctly for specific tasks. Receive and address reports from junior staff regarding material issues, work updates, and job-specific problems. Conduct inspections of machine jobs to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Handle purchase orders for machines and coordinate all related work, ensuring that jobs are completed as per specifications. Attend to machine breakdowns promptly, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Coordinate with machine vendors for maintenance, spare parts, and technical support. Monitor and adjust worker schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow. COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS: Internal Sales and Purchase External Consultant. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB Education: BE Mechanical Experience: 8 Years Skills Proficiency in machine programming, maintenance, and operation. Organizational Skills: Efficiently plan jobs, allocate manpower, and manage schedules. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and ensure high standards in operations. Communication: Effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to maintain smooth workflows.,
