- Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to create seamless, scalable, and efficient mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers to ensure best practices in mobile development. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality applications. Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services into applications. Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth UI rendering and efficient memory management. Implement state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Redux. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks. Handle CI/CD pipelines, app deployment, and release management for Play Store and App Store. Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years in Flutter. Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework. Expertise in state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.). Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and GraphQL. Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and debugging tools. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for mobile technology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with microservices, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps tools. Exposure to Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools like Jira/Trello. Experience in performance optimization and handling large-scale applications. Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.,
