As Industrial Engineer and data analyst, the ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects to help solve our customer's highest value problem. Should have the knowledge and experience to use fundamental theories, principles, and Industrial Engineering concepts together with the use of analytical tools to identify and quantify improvement opportunities on factory, fleet, and tool levels. The role is exposed to the most advanced tools and technics of Industrial Engineering.
Performs Methods Engineering analysis including data analytics, simulation, and time and motion studies. Used Applied Materials software (Simulation and other propriety applications) to develop models to automate the process of data analytics. Participate in productivity improvement studies related to effective and efficient use of assets and production processes. May provide cost analysis and return on investment calculations associated with project selection. Measures plant and equipment capacity output and supports the identification of equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
Our Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this position has the education and experience in both IE and data analytics.The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in working in a manufacturing facility (preferable Semiconductor) doing IE work to improve the performance of the factory and equipment (Output, OEE, Cycle Time, Cost). Preferred to have experience working with simulation software and knowledge of Visual Basic.
