- Mobile & Web Application Maintenance Developer (Flutter, Android, iOS) 3-5 Years of Experience CTC: 4 - 6 LPA We are looking for a skilled Mobile & Web Application Maintenance Developer with 3-5 years of experience to take charge of maintaining and optimizing our existing web and mobile applications. This role requires proficiency in Flutter, along with experience in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting applications for both Android and iOS, as well as ensuring a seamless mobile-first web experience. You will work with both legacy and current codebases to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement across platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development, have experience maintaining mobile and web apps, and be comfortable working with a variety of technologies to ensure that both the Android, iOS, and web applications continue to function optimally. You will be responsible for fixing bugs, implementing updates, managing app versions, and ensuring smooth performance for both mobile apps and responsive web apps. Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Flutter-based mobile applications for both Android and iOS. Ensure the web applications are mobile-first and responsive across all devices, including optimizing performance and loading times. Implement updates and new features to improve functionality and user experience for both Android and iOS apps. Resolve issues and bugs reported by users or discovered through internal testing. Ensure proper documentation for maintenance tasks, updates, and improvements. Stay current with updates and improvements in Flutter, Dart, and related technologies to keep apps up-to-date and efficient. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of the apps after each update or modification. Monitor app performance and usage, identify any issues, and implement solutions proactively. Skills Required: Strong experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development. Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) apps, especially Flutter-based apps. Experience with mobile-first, responsive web development, UI Designing, using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Expertise in debugging and maintaining both mobile and web applications to ensure high performance and stability. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into apps. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) for managing app updates and versioning. Ability to monitor and improve app and web performance (speed, optimization, bug fixing). Knowledge of app store guidelines for updating and deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP, private cloud) for managing backend services and app deployments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for app version control, testing, and deployment. Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and their integration with existing mobile-first web development practices. Experience with push notifications, in-app updates, and version control for mobile apps.
