- Job Description: As a Consultant specializing in iOS Projects and Mentorship, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our initiatives while nurturing the growth of our student team. Your role will be pivotal, leading iOS Student Developer program projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet stringent timelines and quality benchmarks. Leveraging your expertise in iOS frameworks and Swift programming, you'll provide invaluable technical guidance and support. But your impact won't end there you'll also play a crucial role in mentoring and training students, empowering them to develop their skills and reach their full potential. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Project Leadership and Delivery: - Timely completion of iOS development projects within allocated timelines. - Adherence to quality standards and successful delivery of high-quality solutions. - KPI Measure: Percentage of projects completed on time. 2. Technical Guidance and Support: - Effective provision of technical expertise in iOS development, including architecture design, coding best practices, and performance optimization. - Successful troubleshooting of technical issues and proactive resolution. - KPI Measure: Average time taken to resolve technical issues per project. 3. Mentorship and Team Development: - Growth and progression of student developers through effective mentorship and coaching. - Knowledge transfer and skill development within the team, measured by feedback and performance reviews. - KPI Measure: Percentage increase in skill proficiency among mentored student developers over time. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment: - Successful collaboration with project stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliverables. - Alignment of project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations. - KPI Measure: Stakeholder satisfaction scores based on feedback surveys. 5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: - Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and learning through regular code reviews, feedback sessions, and training initiatives. - Identification and advocacy for the adoption of latest trends, tools, and technologies in iOS development. - KPI Measure: Number of innovative solutions proposed and implemented per quarter. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Proven track record in project management and iOS development. - Extensive hands-on experience with iOS app development using Swift. - Strong leadership abilities and passion for mentorship. - Certifications in Swift or related technologies are a plus.
