- About the Role We seek an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build and maintain robust mobile applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. You will have the opportunity to shape the mobile strategy and drive technical decisions to deliver a high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities 1.App Development & Maintenance Design and build advanced applications using React Native. Implement clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. 2. Technical Leadership Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features. Provide mentorship to junior developers and guide them in solving technical challenges. 3. Performance & Optimization Conduct performance tuning to ensure the app runs smoothly across multiple devices and OS versions. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. 4. Code Reviews & Quality Assurance Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the best coding standards are followed. Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality. 5. Continuous Improvement Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends. Suggest improvements to development processes and contribute to product roadmaps. Required Qualifications 1. Technical Skills 4+ years of experience working with React Native in production environments. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries. Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and backend integration. Experience with Git or other version control systems. 2. Native Modules Hands-on experience bridging React Native with native modules in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java). 3. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose practical solutions. Strong debugging and performance profiling skills. 4. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong team player and collaborator. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Educational Background Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps. Knowledge of Firebase or other cloud-based services. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Previous experience leading a team or managing projects.,
