The Job Responsibilities:
As a Head of Marketing at our company, you will:
Lead Brand & Campaigns, PR, Research & Insights, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement (CRM), Inside Sales and Partnership Marketing
Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and brand equity.
Identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
Identify & develop marketing strategies to increase market penetration & profitability through partners
Improving how to measure success, from KPI development through to scalable processes and feedback loops.
Bring a commercial rigour to planning and budgeting, ensuring all key activities are measured and investments are monitored and iterated as required
Instilling a customer obsession across your teams, leveraging customer research to inform target markets, campaign design and decision making
Maintaining strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on the marketing strategy and approach

Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
In-depth knowledge of data analysis
Regularly produce and present reports
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
MBA in Marketing Management or similar relevant field
Additional marketing certifications are a plus
