We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Electrical and Renewable Energy (Solar & wind Power) projects (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Level) in the Projects department for at Hyderabad.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for Electrical and Renewable Energy project activities. Ensure timely completion /execution of new projects and expansion works in existing plants as per plan with high quality and low cost so as to be useful and beneficial to the organization besides to liasoning with various statutory / Government / Audit / Local authorities for obtaining necessary project approvals.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Renewable energy project management and solar PV plants maintenance ( O&M )
- Execution of solar power plant electrical works
- Qualitative execution of works as per plan at multiple locations.
- Project execution and Timely completion of planned project works as per schedule.
- Accounting the material purchased for execution of projects.
- Efficient Manpower utilization.
- Submission of necessary statutory applications in respect of new /expansion projects.
- To maintain appropriate records and sending periodical reports.
- Ensure proper commissioning, complete trail and operations run of PCC Panels MCC Panels related Switchgears, APFC Panels, DG Sets, LT / HT cables, LT / HT switch gears, AC / DC cables & associated works, AC panels / DC panels, combiner boxes, SCADA / PLC / plant automation etc., as per project operations requirements.
- Liasoning with various Govt. / Statutory / Local authorities i.e., TSTRANSCO SLDC-EBC HYDERABAD / TSSPDCL-HYDERBAD across telangana state / locations as per business requirements for obtaining necessary approvals for smooth timely execution of project activities.
- JMR Sign off on monthly basis, Banking Units settlement , CEIG, Factories, PCB Approvals
- Study and Preparation of voltage stabilizer inverters, UPS ear thing SLDs controls Diagram, P&ID Electrical Equipments Layouts, Etc.,
- Ensure to maintain Electrical Safety as per CEIG Guidelines.
- Preparations of Elect BOD, Speculations as per Approved SLDs, Electrical Equipments Layouts
- Ensure for operations and maintenance of Solar power (PV), Plants without any difficulties.
- Net Metering & LTOA Guidance for Solar Power Plants
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Hands on experience in operational and maintenance of DG Sets, LT / HT cables, LT / HT switch gears, AC / DC cables & associated works, AC panels / DC panels, combiner boxes, SCADA / PLC etc., and operations & maintenance of Solar power (PV) and Wind Plants.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Good Liasoning skills with Local/Statutory bodies and should know statutory compliances
- Good exposure in TPM / Energy efficiency Standards.
- Tech Savy i.e., Adopting latest technology for time & cost saving
- Knowledge of SAP Projects module, SHE, ISO and multi linguistic skills
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge & working experience on electrical equipments 11KV/33KV Sub Stations, transformer, switchgear power metering equipments, VCBs, ACBs, SF6, ABT Meters, HT Feeders, SCADA operations and renewable energy equipments.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR MANAGER ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING & RENEWABLE ENERGY
- Location: Base Location Corporate Office, Work Locations As per Project Heritage foods limited Pan India Locations (Packing Stations, Milk Chilling Centres, Solar, and Wind Power Plants)
- Role: Manager Electrical Engineering & Renewable Energy
- Designation: Deputy Manager or Manager
- Salary: 04 Lacs to 10 Lacs (Including VP)
- Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering & PMP/any Project certification an added advantage
- Experience Required: 06 to 15 - Years for Any Food / Dairy Industries / Manufacturing Industries Experience, and Looking for Male Candidates.
Experience in Dairy Industry shall be an added advantage and should know local language (Telugu).
