Additionally, the role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure that the customers needs are met and that sales processes are efficient. Ultimately, the Assistant Manager / Manager of Sales will contribute to the companys reputation as a trusted provider of medical equipment, ensuring that sales targets contribute to overall corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for medical equipment. Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals and clinics. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on medical products. Manage negotiations and close complex sales agreements. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies. Train new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques. Develop customer retention strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Prepare and manage sales budgets effectively. Analyze sales performance data to propose improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical equipment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of medical device regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing and developing sales teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of the healthcare sector and medical equipment market. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and events.
