About The Role We are seeking a passionate and talented Assistant Manager, Design to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of design, ensuring our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities Collaborate with Solutions engineers and managers to develop innovative designs that meet user needs and business objectives. Conduct user research and analysis to understand user pain points and inform design decisions. Create high-quality design concepts, prototypes, and user interfaces. Ensure designs comply with relevant safety standards and regulations. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in industrial design and robotics. Manage and mentor junior design/Solutioning team members. Contribute to the development and implementation of design processes. Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the robotics or automation industry. Strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and human-robot interaction (HRI). Proven ability to create user-centered designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Solidwork, AutoCAD & similar softwares) Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for robotics and innovation.,
