Company Description FiveS Digital is a technology-led Business Process Management organization specializing in Customer Experience, RPA/IPA-driven digital transformation, and Computer Vision/ML/NLP. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead WFM at FiveS Digital located in Noida. The Lead WFM will be responsible for managing workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. They will also work on optimizing resource allocation, performance management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in WFM tools and software Ability to lead and mentor a team Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of customer experience management Experience in RPA/IPA-led digital transformation Understanding of data labelling and annotation processes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,
