- Job Title: Software Developer | Salesforce Experience Required: 3+ years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer | Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. As a Software Developer | Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical implementation and customization of Salesforce applications to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, process builder flows, triggers, and integrations using Apex and Visualforce. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. Implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools. Experience with Salesforce Integration patterns and best practices is essential. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce by designing and implementing data migration, data cleansing, and data governance strategies. Proficiency in data loader tools and Salesforce Data Model is required. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development team members to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce. Documentation and Best Practices: Document technical specifications, solution designs, and development processes. Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects related to Salesforce applications. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Continuously expand technical knowledge and skills through self-learning and training opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings. Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework and Lightning Web Components is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
