Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on corporate branding and familiarity with AI-based tools. The candidate should also have a background in the IT industry and possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with corporate branding objectives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including social media, marketing database, marketing automation and paid advertising campaign.
- Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and conversations, and utilize this information to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across social media channels.
- Utilize AI-based social media tools for social media activity includes ORM , social media mention and monitoring
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, and propose innovative strategies for leveraging new opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and social media best practices, and share relevant insights and recommendations with the team.
Qualifications:
- Must have : Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on corporate branding.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using ChatGPT and other AI-based social media tools for automation and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Experience in the IT industry or related technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement on social media.
- Good to have knowledge with marketing automation tools and CRM
