JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a passionate Web Development Intern to join our dynamic team and help us design and develop an aesthetically pleasing, high-performance website. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in web development and make a meaningful impact in the real estate sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of web applications and websites. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create web pages that align with our brand identity. Optimize website performance for speed and scalability. Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and cross-browser compatible. Assist in maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting existing websites. Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility. Utilize WordPress for most web development tasks, with occasional coding for custom functionalities. QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP is a plus. Understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and ability to take other responsibilities of work in the field of web designing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
