- Company Details: Our client fcompany is Food Manufacturing company in Fiji Islands. Position : Head of Marketing Job Location : Fiji Islands Job Responsibilities : Brand Management Oversee the development and management of the companys brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Lead product positioning, messaging, and branding initiatives. Manage brand campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions. Product Marketing and Innovation Collaborate with product development teams to launch new food products. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, promotion, and distribution. Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and potential product opportunities. Public Relations and Communications Manage external communications, including public relations, media relations, and crisis communication. Build relationships with industry stakeholders, media, and influencers. Digital Marketing and E-commerce Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising. Manage the companys online presence, including website and e-commerce platforms. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and drive improvements. Sales Collaboration and Support Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools. Provide marketing support for key sales initiatives and partnerships with retailers and distributors. Budget Management Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation. Recruit, train, and manage marketing staff, ensuring high performance and development. Desired Candidate: MBA (Marketing) with 15-20 yrs. proven experience in Marketing Communication, Advertising, Planning & Executing activations, promotions, Events, Agency Management OR Trade Marketing activities with any reputed FMCG companies.
