Purpose of the Role The role will be responsible for managing all sales and distribution related activities for the aggregate business in the region. Also responsible for maintaining relationship with key customers and channel partners ensuring sales targets are achieved with continued profitability and growth in the region. Job Responsibility Planning and Execution: Execute the strategy for aggregate commercial business in terms of pricing, applications, marketing and distribution to maximize reach and revenue within the region Plan and drive various incentive and promotional activities in the region for market and customer penetration. Monitor product performance in the region and customer requirements by conducting market visits across the region. Conduct and facilitate customer and market surveys to close gaps between customer expectations and product performance Review and analyze customer complaints and execute timely solution to the their issues. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product satisfaction, business growth and product development. People Management: Provide channel partners with the right support and training to ensure their full market potential also conduct knowledge sharing sessions to improve their technical and functional capability. Establish best practices for people to ensure their aspirations are met with the overall business objectives. Stakeholder Profiles & Nature of Interactions Internal Head Aggregate Business Administrative & Functional Reporting; Review Service SPOC, Central Office Conveying customer feedback and seeking interventions for resolution (i.e. Quality assurance) Product manager, Central Office Coordination for development & modifications to resolve customer complaints (ERC related developments) TML Plant Team (Plant Head/ Manufacturing Head) Coordination/ Follow-up for demand fulfilment (requirement of products and their status) TML warehouses Spare Parts & Procurement Team Coordination/ Follow-up for demand fulfilment Field CSMs Field Support in case of issue resolution External Customers (Trailer Axle Distributors, OEM Crane Manufacturers; GOEMs Genset manufacturers) Interaction for Annual/ monthly requirements, Product Development or new business opportunities, Pricing Negotiations, Handling issues and offering resolutions VP & GM Procurement & Sales at Customer Organizations Coordination for Price Negotiations, Volume negotiations, new product development Desired Candidate Profile Education : B.E/ B.Tech (Preferably MBA in Marketing) Relevant Experience : 10-15 years Experience in Automobile industry Deep Product knowledge Experience in Business Development Skills & Competencies Sales and Marketing Skills Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills Networking Skills Technical Skills,
