Salesforce SOM Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions knowledge of SFDC Order management and the Lightning platforms

Ensure software developed is held to high quality standards through code and design reviews.

Interface with ERP and Middleware IT engineers on projects to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and platform integrity.

-End to end flow of Sales Order Management

-Refunds, Returns, Reship

-Payment Gateways Integration for SOM

-Fraud Orders and Management

-SOM Reports
