Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager/Manager role located in Ranchi at Medikabazaar. The Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Vendor Management Knowledge of Inventory Control and Logistics Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus,
