- 5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Bengaluru Role description Client Responsibilities: Performing work on SOX 404 engagement: Conducting Tests of Design and Tests of Operating effectiveness of controls and ensuring the work delivered is of high quality through quality review concerning complete and accurate testing results documentation. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects as directed by the managers Create a positive learning culture, coach, counsel, and develop junior team members Budgets and Timelines: Ensure established turnaround times and the allotted budget are met. Where deviations are anticipated, proactively the engagement lead. Should have good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Skills Skills Required: Candidates should have proficient knowledge (both in leading and performing work) in the areas of Strong experience, including performing risk assessments and audits, performing walkthroughs, creating flowcharts, and designing controls. Experience: 3 to 5 years of postgraduate experience in risk advisory/ related internal audit/ SOX audit experience, preferably in Big 4 or related business experience.
