Roles and Responsibilities

Should have performed QA strategist or Test Manager role for large scale complex engagements (multi solution integrations)
Should be able to provide effort estimates, plan QA activities and allocate tasks to team
Manage the QA scope, task prioritization, negotiation, escalation, and customer communication
Should be able to lead organization initiatives and drive innovation and efficiency
Should be able to lead a team of QAs and review their work
Should be able to mentor the team and invest in their growth
