Key Metrics: 8,000+ schools 100K teachers and 4 Million students Role: Manager, Taxation Purpose of the Job: To manage both direct and indirect taxation work activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate tax reconciliation such as TDS, GST outward and inward etc. Review and monitor the preparation of monthly GST and TDS working. Review and timely and accurately filing of monthly GST Returns such as GSTR-01, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6. Preparation and timely filing annual returns for GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and income tax filing and audits. Review and ensure timely filing of quarterly TDS returns, revised returns etc. Preparation of data and timely replies to be submitted before various tax authorities for direct and indirect taxes. Representation before various tax authorities. Work on timely month end & year end book closures. Preparation of data to be submitted before statutory and tax auditors. Support for any tax assistance raised by the other departments within the company. Any other tasks assigned, whenever required. Key Skills for the Role: Knowledge of various compliances such as TDS, GST, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Form 15CA & CB, etc. Knowledge of working experience in SAP will be an added advantage. Capability to deliver in a fast-growing setup and challenges. Organizational and time management skills. Ideal Experience Profile: Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in taxation (both direct & indirect) and experience of leading a team. CA article ship from a well-known firm.
