About the role: As a forward-thinking MES Consultant, you will revolutionize manufacturing with cutting-edge PSImetals solutions. Your role includes developing MES systems, integrating shop floor and ERP data, and optimizing processes. Through strategic implementation and real-time data exchange, you will drive operational excellence. You will foster strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless adoption and industry-leading success. With regular travel for implementation and support, you will help shape the future of manufacturing. You Bring (Experience + Qualification): Background: Technical or Business degree with 3+ years in manufacturing, including 1+ year in metals. Project Expertise: Experience in large-scale manufacturing IT or transformation programs. Technical Skills: Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle, Java, Python, or Angular with hands-on coding, database management, and interface development. MES & ERP Integration: Strong understanding of MES platforms and seamless connectivity with ERP and shop floor systems (PLC, OPC). Flexibility: Willing to travel 50% per month for customer site implementation and support.
