Job Descriptions
1. Preparation of correspondence, quotations and order generation.
2. Point of contact for employee communication to Head Office.
3. Organizing joining formalities for new recruits.
4. Tracking attendance, leave and timings at regional level.
5. Filing of all important documents in a particular order.
6. Handling all calls and connecting to required intercom.
7. Liaisoning with different facilities as required.
8. Managing Inward/Outward courier.
9. Leading cleaning crew and office boy for discharge of daily duties.
10. Overview of day to day functions.
11. Maintaining and organizing all records.
12. Point of contact for all customer feedback/suggestions/complaints.
13. Keeping a record of the installation team daily activities.
14. Keeping a record of conveyance bills for both infra and offsite travels.
15. Keeping a track of all adhesives and samples present in office.
16. Order requisition and material transit documentation.
17. Preparation of weekly reports/site reports/other follow up reports as required.
18. Invoicing supply and installation/monitoring wastage.
19. Assets Management/Catalog/Office Assets.
