URGENT REQUIREMENT OF OPS EXECUTIVE(BRANCH OPERATIONS)

Locations:Baroda, Chittorgarh, Ahmedabad,Balotra,Pune

• Roles and Responsibilities
• • Tracking, Follow Ups through telephonic calls & Direct Visits for the collection of Renewal premiums from Customer. 
• • Verification of New Business Insurance Proposals  
• • Handing queries from Customers, Salesperson and Agents. 
• • Retention of Customers from Surrendering / Cancelling the Policies  
• • Verification and Processing Customer / Agent Servicing Requests & Claims 
• • Creation of reference leads from Walk In Customers 
• • Receipting, Reconciliation of premiums through cheque / Cash /Card payments 
• • Coordination with collection agent / bank to deposit of Cash / Cheque premiums at Bank. 
• • Data Enrichment and instant adoption-80% of all eligible customer walk-ins 
• • To ensure process compliance and adherence at the branch 
• • Manage day-to-day branch administration including housekeeping, maintenance, asset control, discipline, and payroll. 
• • Handling Branch Admin, Audits related activities.  
• • Operational co-ordination with other functional departments
