JD (Project Coordinator)
Location : Bhopal & Navi Mumbai

Job Requirements :

- Project Coordination responsibilities include coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor & summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
- The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- He or she will coordinate with internal teams as well. May require a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in project management. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity is expected.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Managing and Driving the Agile Process
- Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills :
- Proven working experience in project coordination using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP/PRINCE II/SAFe/CSM certified
- Experience in financial domain especially in Prepaid/Credit card is an added advantage
