Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter financial transactions into the accounting software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Ensure that financial data is properly entered and maintained. Prepare and send out invoices to clients. Manage expense reports and reimbursements. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Qualifications: Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable.
