Working Days: Mon-Sat (Sat - 9:30 AM- 2 PM)

Working Time: 9:30 AM -5.30 PM

Qualification- Graduate / Post Graduate

About the job

• Making GST Tax Invoice
• Payment & receipt transactions.
• Bank Transactions like cash Withdrawals, cheque/cash deposits, bank reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Maintaining proper filing.
• Preparing cash vouchers, and weekly expenses details.
• Preparation of statements in Excel and word formats
• Preparing Debit/Credit Notes.
• Challan Deposit like TDS, Advance Tax, GST
• Making on Line Payments like Creditors' TDS, Advance Tax, GST, etc.
• Preparing Monthly GSTR -1, GSTR 2A, and GSTR 3B with HSN Code Summary.
• Import / Export shipments knowledge.
• Payments follow up with Debtors.
• Good Knowledge of GST & Tally ERP 9.
• All accounting work up to finalization.

Candidate Required Skill Set-
