Job Description


- 7+ years of Experience of Business Development in companies which deal in real estate
- Prior experience of Leading a city or pan India in for a company which deals in the real estate.
- Stronghold of PnL Management and forecast
- Worked on account management objectives in some of the previous roles.
- Cross functional work experience is a must.
- Good understanding of sales & account management from client-side dynamics.
- Understanding of business, agreements and legal compliance of real estate is must
- Open to hustle and provide result oriented innovative solutions
- Proficiency in excel and presentations
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Supply of 1P facilities in the cities across India
- Project management of launches of all the new launches of facilities with Real estate, Legal, Compliance, Project, HR and other relevant teams
- Own the PnL of all the newly launched facilities till the time it starts delivering the projected revenue
- Own the pan India level PnL of the 1P facilities.
- Responsible for Managing the relationship with the facility owner of all 1P facilities across the country
- Constant review of all the non-performing and future course of action of the same
- Solve facility related structural issues along with facility owners to deliver better experience to the customers
Critical metrics for the role:
- New facility launches planning and execution
- TAT of the facility Launches
- Delivering the Projected revenue within 3 months of the launch of the facility
