Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title : Supervisor of the Franchise Unit
Field of work : To Follow and supervision of a group of restaurants in Abha and in a number of regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The applicant must have for the position of Supervisor of the Franchise Unit the following :-
1- To have a bachelors degree or equivalent in any specialty related to the nature of work in the area of (commercial franchise) restaurants
2- To be fluent in English
3- Experience of not less than 5 years as a minimum in supervising and doing business related to commercial franchise
business and catering services with respected agencies with a high reputation in the field of management and service of commercial franchise restaurants
4- The ability to supervise and follow-up on all aspects related to the activities and business of (franchise)
5- The ability to prepare and study contracts (commercial franchise) in the field of restaurants, and feasibility analysis for new projects
6- The ability to review existing (commercial franchise) contracts and monitor the application of the terms contained there in between the granting and granting party
7- The ability to prepare all requirements of the institutions identity and apply this in all its facilities in accordance with the highest standards reached in this field, and work to develop them on an ongoing basis to keep pace with developments in this field
8- The ability to prepare designs for packaging restaurant products for different uses
9- The ability to communicate with houses of expertise in the field of (commercial franchise) and deal with the data that it produces to reflect this positively on the performance in the organization and achieve them pass in its activities
10- The ability to find opportunities to advance all businesses (franchising) in the organization
11- Carry out proficiency in any tasks assigned to the candidate and verify the institution's interest in this regard
