Job Title: Sr. Manager Marketing Ops (Full Time) Company: CyberCorp Ltd Location: Mumbai Reporting to: CMO Job Description: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting Work closely with the creative team to design marketing collaterals for sales enablement activities Manage the Resource Hub of marketing collaterals and assets required by the business Run and measure email marketing campaigns Conduct webinars for customers Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution models to maximize lead conversion and sales alignment Manage social media of CyberCorp and subsidiaries; work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure social media is updated regularly Evaluate, implement, and manage the marketing technology (Martech) stack to support current and future needs Work with the support team to conduct customer satisfaction surveys Engage with trade magazines, associations and strategic partners to help build the brand Generate monthly reports Education: MBA, with certifications in ABM, Inbound Marketing preferred Skills: Proficiency in martech tools such as CRM and Brevo (email marketing) Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
