 Systems Administrator Job in Caliber Human

Job Description

     

    1. Troubleshoot and maintain IT tools & company internal apps (e.g., DMS, Microsoft Teams, MS outlook, Veeva, Asset Infinity, AppSpace, ServiceNow, Company Intune etc) to ensure users can effectively communicate and collaborate.
    2. Be the first POC for maintaining master data, IT support issues, system uptime, capture new feature asks and liase with product teams for development.
    3. Provide timely and effective technical support for end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, printers, iPhones, iPads, and peripheral devices.
    4. Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, application, and networking problems, including remote troubleshooting where necessary.
    5. Co-ordinate with different vendors to procure IT assets/accessories & get the CAPEX assets capitalized in the FAR.
    6. Help the users with setting up Teams meeting in meeting rooms using A/V conferencing devices like Cisco, Poly, MS surface hub etc.
    7. Provide basic technical support for live events and town halls, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    8. Assist in setting up IT equipment for new hires and ensuring that technology access is properly revoked & collection of allocated IT equipment for departing employees.
    9. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of MS Office, printers, iPads, iPhones, hardware peripherals/drivers of Laptops & Desktops. Coordinate with IT Vendor/OEM for warranty support and call logging.
    10. Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware, including desktop computers, printers, and other office peripherals.
    11. Maintain and update the asset management system with accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
    12. Maintain & manage IT storeroom.
    13. Collaborate with other IT teams (network, server, and application support) to ensure cross-functional support and resolution of technical issues.
