- Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Developer cum Team Leader to oversee the development team while actively contributing to coding and software development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively. Experience: Minimum 5 years Projects: Must have successfully completed at least 10 projects Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers and oversee project execution from inception to completion. Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high coding standards. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development. Expertise in [Specify Tech Stack: Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.]. Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools. Hands-on experience in version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab). Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
