Job Description

    Candidate Role : Onboarding Corporates and be the Key account Manager, Bangalore Exxperience in corporate sales preferably in Travel/ Tourism/ Hospitality/ industry Reporting to the Director Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities Communicate and maintain good relationships with corporates, shareholders, business partners and authorities Create sales funnel and reach out to the decision makers of prospective corporates Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are requiring / involved in domestic and international and travel & MICE Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Proven experience of 4- 8 years in the Business Development / Sales Managers role handling Corporate Accounts in Bengaluru. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces in Hospitality industry that influence the company Strong understanding of corporate compliances / finance and measures of performance Familiarity with management best practices Excellent organizational, and leadership skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities Technically strong and updated -, CRM & Sales / Corporate onboarding Process Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
