Job Description

    We are seeking a Service Manager Web & eCommerce with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), eCommerce platforms, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery, ensuring system availability, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvements in a high-scale eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery & IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day service operations for web & eCommerce platforms. Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of eCommerce & digital platforms. Implement ITIL, ITSM, and DevOps best practices for seamless service operations. Define and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and key performance metrics. Technical & Platform Management: Manage and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Integrations, and Mulesoft. Handle API integrations, release management, and Azure DevOps deployment pipelines. Ensure compliance with security policies, risk management, and governance standards. Incident & Problem Management: Lead the resolution of major incidents and service requests to minimize business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and stability. Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers for support and contract management. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Automate and enhance service processes where possible. Stay updated with latest eCommerce, cloud, and service management trends. Support the handover-to-operations process for new service implementations. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM) & Web/eCommerce Operations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce, AEM, SAP Integration, Mulesoft, and Azure DevOps. Experience with SharePoint, Wordpress, or unbounce. Experience with CMS and AEM. Technical Skills: ITIL v3/v4, ITSM, DevOps, ServiceNow, APIs Cloud & Platform Management (Azure, AWS, Adobe Cloud) eCommerce & Web Service Integration (SAP, Mulesoft, APIs) Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage vendors.
