Should have good connections with pre-schools and daycares in Pune Must have experience in managing remote sales teams. Should Plan, Monitor and Report on team goals Identify sales gaps & resolve them Identifying new targets or new trends to reach the market. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and Lead generation Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department. Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently Should know Social media marketing trends.
