- About Organization Bosconet is a nonprofit organization a network of Don Bosco reaching out to 29 states of India. It primarily focuses on mobilizing resources for Education, Skilling for sustainable livelihood, Women Empowerment, Climate action and disaster response with an annual reach of 1 million young children and Women in vulnerable situations. Location: Dashrathpuri, New Delhi Working Hours: 09:30am to 05:30pm Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Project Proposal Development Research and conceptualize innovative community development project concepts. Writing proposals, preparation of budget in a persuasive, professional and credible manner. Understanding the requirements of donors and preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) for partner Don Bosco organizations. Coordinating with respective partner organizations to ensure timely preparation of project proposals. Editing, proofreading, revision, rewriting, and further development of the received project proposals for final submission to donors. 2. Project Management Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations both donor and implementing partners at multiple levels and update regularly on project status. Develop appropriate M & E plan for all the projects and monitor the projects as per the request monitoring framework. Regular reviewing and tracking budget for timely and effective fund utilization. Managing and writing impressive project reports and timely submission. Maintain a database of proposals and projects and regularly update the same, then and there. Experience : 1. 3yrs minimum in writing project proposals and project management 2. Post-graduation in social work/other social sciences. 3. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal relationship skills. 4. Ability to meet timelines 5. Good strategic planning abilities 6. Presentation skills 7. Good working skills in MS office, Excel, etc. 8. Good understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Govt, Foundations and agencies related to finance and Development sector. 9.
